Hampton Roads Special Education Parent Support Group

I'm a soon-to-be single dad with two kids: one with ADD and the other with bipolar, ODD, and anxiety disorder.  I've learned the hard way with an extremely unsupportive school administration and staff in the process of assessing my son for an IEP or 504.  I'm looking for public schools with excellent reputations and support for children with special needs.
